The Qualitative Difference: How Technical Assistance Enhances Organizations

Interviews with three organizations in 2018 analyzed how technical assistance impacted nonprofit organizations, each at different stages of applying trauma-informed, healing-centered practices. This wonderful write up was completed by Armeda Wojciak, assistant professor at the University of Iowa.

"I was excited to participate in the TA project, because I was able to learn from different groups how they used some of the technical assistance and about their amazing work. Each organization was fundamentally different, but still was able to apply the assistance they received to implement trauma informed work beautifully and meaningfully to serve those they work with,"
